What Are We Building?
This past Sunday during our business meeting, I shared the vision of where Grace World is going in the decade to come. I asked the question, “What are we building?”
When we first meet Noah in scripture, the world around him is facing a global crisis. Yet Noah found something awesome in the midst of a coming storm. Genesis 6:8 says, “Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.” Oh, there is no place like grace!
For Noah that place called grace meant salvation for his children, his children’s children, and was the salvation for every generation to come. For Noah that place called grace meant a second chance. Noah’s family and mankind received a fresh start! For Noah that place called grace meant a supernatural call. Noah received a vision to build something bigger than himself.
For Noah grace looked like an ark. It was in that ark that Noah experienced the grace and mercy of God!
That is exactly what we are building here at Grace World. A place where our families and community can experience salvation, a place where people receive a second chance, and a place where we receive a supernatural call to build something bigger than ourselves. There is no place like Grace! For Noah it was an ARK, for us it is an A.R.C., an Apostolic Revival Community. I don’t have time here to break that down, but you can watch the message in its entirety here.
In the message I also share our master site plan for the main campus of Grace World. We’ve taken time to think through every square inch of this property to finish what was started and finish for the future and plan what the finished campus looks like. I know you’ll be encouraged when you see it!
So what are we building? We are building an A.R.C. And trust me when I say this…we are going to need a bigger A.R.C. than you realize.
God has been moving powerfully in our services and stirring our hearts for more. This weekend, Pastor David Garcia will be joining us and sharing a word the Lord has placed on his heart. Also, remember that the Dome is open on Tuesdays for prayer.
I feel the spirit of God moving powerfully ahead of this weekend’s gathering. Let’s do everything we can to lean in and take every opportunity we have to come together to fan the flames and hunger for revival.
Jenna and I are looking forward to seeing you this weekend. Remember as we gather to observe the CDC guidelines. Continue to pray for our church family and our community. We will see you in the dome or from your home!
