Super Sunday!

There is something SUPER happening on Sunday! No, I’m not talking about the game our local team will be playing. I’m talking about the moment that you and I come together to worship the one who truly is the “Greatest Of All Time,” King Jesus!  I can’t wait to see you.  I have such an expectancy in my spirit about all God is doing and is about to do!

Everyone is talking about the BIG GAME.  However, there is a bigger field of play and a greater fight taking place than a football game.  It’s more than a competition, it’s a reality where the consequences are truly life and death.  Over the past year, we’ve watched as the enemy has advanced and wreaked havoc in nations, cities and communities.  Our world is different today because of the enemy’s offensive attack.  If you’ve felt defeated, defensive and losing ground to the enemy…I’ve got a word for you!  It’s time to take ground!  The game is not over and victory is assured.  It’s time to get back on the field and take the fight to the enemy.  I have much more to share, but it will have to wait until Sunday morning.  Just know this…it’s time to transition.  Time to take ground.  Time for a move of God.

Come Sunday, wear your favorite team jersey, and come ready to celebrate Jesus!

Later that day our men are hosting a tail gate party at the church.  All members of the family are welcome (no childcare provided).  The event kicks off at 3pm with games, food and then at 6:30pm the big game will on the big screen.  To find out more, or register for this free event click here (https://graceworld.churchcenter.com/registrations/events/711783).

Last, for those in our church who are 65 and older and desire to receive the COVID vaccine, there is some helpful information on the Hernando County Department of Health site.  You can also register for an upcoming vaccination date.  Information can be accessed here (http://hernando.floridahealth.gov).  If you need any assistance with the site, or have questions, feel free to contact our pastoral care department.

Jenna and I look forward to seeing you on Sunday whether you are joining us online from your home or in person in the dome.  Come expecting to encounter God!   For those coming in person please remember to be community conscious and observe the CDC health recommendations.

And one last thing…Go Bucs!
