Power Packed Weekend

What a power-packed week it has been already! This weekend is going to be incredibly special as well.

Grace Leadership Academy finished up the school year by celebrating our Kindergarten, 5th grade, and 8th grade students, promoting them into the next season of their journey. Enrollment is currently open for another amazing school year. Parents, I encourage you to take a look at GLA. Watching what God continues to do through this school leaves us continually amazed. 

Something truly different is being built here at Grace Leadership Academy.

You can see it in the culture, leadership, and the excellence emerging through our faculty. Most importantly, you can see it in our students.

We are so grateful for every teacher, administrator, parent, and leader who continues to help us build a Christ-centered culture of revival, discipleship, and excellence.

And now, we turn our hearts toward this weekend.

This Sunday is not only Memorial Day Weekend, but it is also Pentecost Sunday.

Pentecost marks the birth of the Church. Fifty days after the Cross, the Spirit of God fell upon 120 believers gathered in an upper room. Ever since that moment, the fire of God has never gone out.

It has flowed from that upper room, through revivals and camp meetings, through faithful churches and hungry believers, and it is still flowing today.

This weekend, I’ll continue our series with a message entitled: “This Is That Fire.”

For anyone who has ever wondered if structure and Spirit can coexist, the answer is yes.

Not only is it scriptural, I believe it is the pattern of Pentecost.

Spirit and structure together become powerful, healthy, and effective for the Kingdom of God.

We will also take a special moment during service to honor and remember those who gave their lives in service to our nation this Memorial Day weekend.

I truly believe God is going to meet us in a powerful way. Come hungry, expectant, and ready for His presence.

I cannot wait to worship with you and your family!
