Posture Over Perfection

We’ve stepped into the second week of our 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting. I pray you’ve been doing well. If you’ve missed a few days, gotten distracted, or discouraged.  Hear me. Don’t give up. Jump back in. This journey isn’t about perfection; it’s about posture. When we make room, He fills the room.

This past Sunday, I shared a simple prayer rhythm rooted in both the Tabernacle and the Lord’s Prayer. It’s a powerful track to help guide your time with the Lord:

Adoration – Begin with praise and thanksgiving. Worship His holy name. Enter His gates with gratitude.

Washing – Allow the Word and Spirit to cleanse your heart. Remind yourself who you are in Christ. Invite the Holy Spirit to renew your mind.

Engagement – Bring your burdens and petitions before the Lord. Intercede for your family, your church, and your community.

As we continue through this fast, I’m encouraged by the tangible presence we’ve already experienced in our gatherings. There’s a fresh wind of the Spirit blowing through our church.

One of our church members messaged me this week with a powerful testimony:

“For weeks I’ve been asking, ‘What is this worship?’ Dynamic, compelling, God-focused worship. Familiar, anointed songs, expressed in a fresh way. This morning I asked again, ‘What is this worship?’

I sensed the Lord clearly say: ‘This is the NEW.’

That’s it! This is the NEW.

Let’s lean into it together. Come hungry this Sunday. Expectant. Postured.

And don’t forget to mark your calendar for Night of Worship – Thursday, January 25 at 6 PM. It’s going to be a powerful celebration as we close out the fast and believe God for fresh encounters.

With you on the journey,

Pastor Daniel
