Count Your Blessings, One By One

“I’ve got miracles on miracles. A million little miracles. Miracles on miracles. Count your miracles. 1,2,3,4 – I can’t even count them all.” These lyrics from Elevation Worship/Maverick City’s song, “Million Little Miracles” are resounding in my heart this morning as I reflect on this past week. We are beyond blessed and have so much to celebrate. 

This past weekend we had 1,145 people on campus for our Easter service. In the dome, 56 people responded by saying “Yes” to Jesus. Grace Kids had 190 kids from 0-11 years old as they celebrated “THE BEST DAY EVER.” Three kids were filled with the baptism of the Holy Spirit during worship. Over 45 children gave their lives to Jesus during altar time – three of those students had never been to church before. The Cross has the final word!

On Wednesday night, Ascend had 152 gathered together celebrating 23 baptisms joined by friends and families. Out of that celebration moment came an opportunity for the Gospel to be presented. The response was incredible with 12 people making a decision for Jesus, many of them parents who came to see their student be baptized. Come on! “1,2,3,4 I can’t even count them all.”

God is truly on the move! 

The Sunday, we start a brand new series entitled, “Beyond Blessed”. As we continue to steward this word of grace over our lives, we want to talk about God’s amazing grace over the resources He has entrusted into our hands. Join us as we read the devotional for this month. You and I are blessed to be a blessing. I’m looking forward to celebrating with you this weekend!

Please keep our Royal Rangers in prayer as we have a large troop headed out this weekend for the annual Pow Wow. I pray this is a life-changing weekend for them.
