Back to School Blessing

Parents, are you ready?

This week our kids head back to school. For students, it marks the end of another great summer. For parents, it means the return of early mornings, homework, and familiar routines.

Whether your child is starting school for the very first time, returning to the same campus, attending a new school, learning in a private school, or being homeschooled, we want to take a special moment this Sunday to pray over them.

At Grace World, we believe our children are called to be leaders in their generation. Public school students are missionaries on their campus. Private school students are developing the gifts God has placed within them. Homeschool families are faithfully discipling the next generation. Every child has a God-given purpose.

This Sunday we’ll invite all of our students forward for a special Back to School Prayer as our pastors and leaders lay hands on them and pray for God’s protection, wisdom, favor, and boldness for the year ahead.

Parents, make every effort to have your kids here. Grace Kids will be open as usual, but they’ll join us in the service for this special moment.

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9, ESV)

We’re also launching a brand new series, Storm Season.

With Florida entering the heart of hurricane season, it’s a fitting reminder that not every storm is the same, but every storm has a purpose. If you’re walking through uncertainty, pressure, or change, I believe God has a timely word for you.

Bring your family. Invite a friend. Come expecting.

I’ll see you Sunday!

Pastor Daniel
